What a clone is doing
Clones are the steal crew. You unlock the portal at the start of a server, and it summons clones on a timer. Each clone runs to the target you picked in Manage Clones, tries to take eggs, and comes home. Your Speed is what lets them survive the guardian. Several players describe clone speed as rising when their own treadmill Speed rises. Treat that as how the runs behaved, and still read the target's recommended speed before you dispatch.
You can steal by hand. Recorded players mostly stay on the treadmill and let the crew work, because a personal trip does not train faster than standing on the machine.
The three Cash tracks
All three sit in Manage Clones and take effect immediately. The only documented gate is the Cash price printed on the button. No level, rebirth, or Robux requirement was shown on these buttons.
| Button | What one purchase changes | Highest level shown |
|---|---|---|
| Portal upgrade | The next clone is summoned sooner | A 10-second portal on a maxed account |
| Number of clones | One more clone appears immediately | Nine clones |
| Steal upgrades | Each clone gets one more steal before that run ends | Five steals per clone |
Those highs are what a maxed panel displayed, not a published cap. The panel on that account simply read Max level.
Recorded prices, which will not match your button after a Saturday update:
- Portal: 10,000 Cash at the first tier, about 400 million mid-run, and a late tier waiting on 1.3 quadrillion.
- Third clone: about 1 million Cash. The second clone was already described as expensive, without a exact figure.
- One mid-game panel showed 400 million, 400 million, and 150 million across the three buttons. The player did not say which price belonged to which track.
Two controls that are not upgrades
Manage Clones also has the steal target and an auto-sell toggle. Changing the target does not raise a stat. It only points the crew at a zone your Speed can survive. Auto-sell makes clones convert the loot they bring back. Use it while you are funding Speed. Turn it off, or sell selectively, when you want a specific egg to hatch.
How to pick the next purchase
If you are idle waiting for a clone, buy portal speed. If a new clone is affordable, it multiplies every future trip. If clones come home after a couple of steals, extend the steal track. Compare those prices with the rebirth price and the next treadmill before you spend. Rebirth only removes its listed Cash and raises a permanent Cash multiplier, so players often rebirth, earn again, then buy the next clone tier.
Once the three tracks read max, later Cash belongs on treadmills, the base signboard, trails, and more rebirths.
